(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — The “One Life to Live” star sells one condo, only to purchase another one the following the day.
Blockshopper.com reports that the Canadian-born actress, who has portrayed Jessica Brennan on “OLTL” since 2003, “sold a condo in Tribeca for $650,000 to Brian Lam on Sept. 22.” It was a loss for Williamson, who purchased the property for $850,000 in March of last year. The site states that there were a total of 65 condo sales in the Tribeca area in 2008, with an average sales price of $2 million.
The next day, September 23rd, Williamson “bought a condo in Central Harlem for $999,000 from Rohan Developments LLC,” according to the real estate site, which says that 39 condos have been sold in Central Harlem in the past year, with for an average price of $543,500.
In addition to her time on “OLTL,” the Canadian born Williamson has also appeared in a number of commericals as well as Canadian television programs. She is also a graduate of the University of Toronto, with degrees in psychology and women’s studies. Williamson married her second husband, Michael Roberts, in 2008.
